Had a major panic attack this weekend when my also pregnant friend mentioned that the baby could come anytime after 37 weeks?!? That means less than 83 days to go! With work and commuting I really haven't had much time to think about this. And still a ton of things on our check list: sign up for birthing classes, purchase key baby items, pick a name. Just realized too that the boss and I haven't talked about maternity leave and he's out for the next 3 weeks having just had a baby himself.
Hmm I really should be tackling that list instead of blogging. Though I gotta say I'm pretty pleased with the new layout of the blog :)
So I signed up for the birthing class. The October one is filled so I have to go in November when I'll be 35 weeks ... I really hope that isn't too late.
haha, your pregnant friend is not scaring you. i hope i had the same advice when i had christian. my doc told me on the very day that i was 2 weeks away from my due date since i registered 0 contractions and lo and behold, christian came into the world that very evening (!)
